Consumers are hungry for high-quality content

Far too many marketers aren’t taking their digital content seriously. They have fallen into the bad habit of producing low-quality, questionable “clickbait” content just to lure you to a website. The problem is: today’s consumer is seeing right through it and saying, “No thanks!”

Consumer’s consider their time valuable (even if they might have a bit more time on their hands these days.) Make no mistake, they will spend time with you, but they are increasingly looking for relevant and interesting content, something they can sink their teeth into. That’s the content that’s producing quality leads and converting them into sales.

Let’s remember that our mission is to sell products. We do that by solving the problem our customer is facing. We recommend content video that serves a real purpose and in our opinion, nothing can compete with a Q & A session!

Sure, keep your online video casual and upbeat, but why not tackle the questions your customer is asking before they buy? And don’t be afraid to mimic Mr. Macy and send them to your “Gimbels” if that is the better solution. It will undoubtedly give your customers more confidence in your brand, right from the start.

Why not let Barbara Thomas Creative Group help you produce video content that will satisfy your customer and increase your sales
